Melissa Soto

Melissa joined the AgencyONE New Business team as a Senior Case Manager in February 2020 and brings to this position more than 20 years of valuable life insurance industry experience. Melissa has developed a strong knowledge of the industry, lasting relationships with insurance carriers, and a keen understanding of the BGA and carrier underwriting process. She began her career with the Insurance Marketing Health (IMH) firm in 1999 as both a Case Manager and Office Manager. In 2004, Melissa joined BRAMCO and worked as a Case Manager with all BRAMCO agencies. In 2009,  she began working with the National Brokerage Associates (NBA) where she honed her skills as a Senior Case Manager. Melissa lives in Albuquerque, NM close to family and friends and in her spare time she enjoys challenging her three grand-kids to keep up with her, DIY home improvement projects (YouTube is amazing!), and weekend trips to the mountains or lakes with family.
